Copyright infringement by a financial training solutions provider - 28 May, 2010

Hong Kong - May 28th, 2010 - Ethan Hathaway was notified by a third party on 18th May 2010 of a possible copyright infringement act with another financial training solution provider in the USA.

We were notified that this company had markteted themselves using copied text content from our About Us, Why Choose Ethan Hathaway, Become a Speaker, Clients and Partnership content pages in addition to several Client Testimonials found throughout the Ethan Hathaway website.

We have investigated this matter and confirmed the copyright infringement.

Upon confirmation and taking necessary screenshots of the offending content, we immediately contacted the website owner to immediately take down the offending content.

This particular website owner has since removed the offending content. So, we have protected the identity of the specific company in the below samples.

This act causes confusion and misleads website visitors and clients as to the individutality of each company's identity.

The company in question is not affiliated with Ethan Hathaway in any way, however, by using the same company text, testimonials, etc - this would give a false impression.

We do not want to create any confusion with our clients nor website visitors by leaving this matter unattended.
