Course Background

This course is meant for practitioners looking to "fine tune" M&A techniques to Asia and leverage practical issues in Asia to execute successful M&A strategies.

The course also takes a look at the structural transformation of the M&A scenario in Asia both in terms of cross border deals and in terms of financing and takes a look at why traditional concepts of M&A may not always deliver results in Asia.

For areas in which the you already have expertise, it will review actual deals done by you and see how they can be improved. We will look at both those deals that closed and those deals that could not close.

We will also review cutting edge M&A techniques in areas where you believe you need to upgrade yourself.
