While some companies are slowly moving staff back to the office, there are still many who have permanently moved to work-from-home or allowing permanent flexibility in choosing to work remotely.
Managers are having to adjust to this new type of work setting (traditional methods definitely will not work in this type of environment).
So, companies are trying to figure out how to promote “company culture” among new hires and existing staff who are working remotely.
Here’s some examples of what companies are trying:
- Siete, is testing out a Bingo game to engage & on-board new hires
- Siete is also offering to buy employees kettlebells, dumbbells or TRX systems to provide a fitness benefit to staff
These are just a few examples of how businesses are trying to engage employees more in a work-from-home environment.
