What You’ll Be Doing
=====================
- Executing and managing the marketing campaigns and systems for our entire product and service lines, including but not limited to:
- Email campaigns
- Lead generation campaigns
- Direct mail campaigns
- Online advertising
- Website marketing
- Turn every marketing dollar into positive ROI
- Updating our marketing database
- Updating marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and measuring marketing efforts and continuously testing & optimizing campaigns
- Liaising with our marketing partners and vendors
- Ad hoc marketing administrative duties (such as updating websites, reviewing marketing vendor invoices, etc)

The qualities and characteristics You MUST have
=====================
- Excellent written and spoken English is an absolute MUST – you must feel comfortable speaking and writing English in an English speaking environment
- You live and breathe “lead generation” and “conversions” – if you don’t know what these are this may not be for you (prior B2B marketing experience preferred)
- You have experience sending out email marketing broadcasts
- Prior online marketing experience an asset
- You get a thrill from seeing marketing campaigns that deliver an explosively positive ROI
- You believe that testing is the only true answer
- You don’t follow fads but follow what is proven to work
- You don’t care about “marketing awards”, all that matters is how much revenue did your campaign bring in
- You understand that “pretty design” and real marketing results are two different things
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Analytical, you love looking at reports and measuring what works
- Have good project management skills
- Have initiative yet able to follow strict instructions
- Able to handle multiple projects at a time
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Able to handle stress
- Sense of Responsibility and Accountability
- You are student of direct marketing concepts and principles (the names Dan Kennedy, Drayton Bird, Bob Bly, Perry Marshall, Joe Sugarman, Gary Halbert, Eugene Schwartz mean something to you)
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience preferred
- Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered the Senior Marketing Executive position
- University degree
