We are looking for a multilingual Telemarketer/Customer Service Officer to join our growing team.
Duties:
- Telemarketing to our international corporate clients promoting our corporate training courses & other products/services
- Other telemarketing duties such as research and other client contact
- Telephone customer service
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must have Fluent Business English (you must be comfortable speaking in English) AND at least one other language below:
- Fluent spoken Bahasa Indonesia preferred (other Asian languages or Arabic an asset)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- You must have your own proper documents/authorisation to work in HK
Work hours:
- 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
- 9:00am to 5:30pm
