Considering I’m in my mid-forties now, I’m still quite active and constantly testing/trying out new technology.
So, it’s nice to see an article show that the sterotype of people of my generation or older are not quite tech-savvy is not really valid.
One key take-away from this article is the fact that companies are acknowledging the need to incorporate different formats for training employees since people learn differently.
As a training provider, we’re starting to see more companies welcome and adopt online learning albeit slower than more Westernised countries.
