How to Reason with Unreasonable People

In the workplace, there’s always got to be that one person who’s completely unreasonable.

Either they argue with everyone around them or they simply bully people to follow their view.

So, how do you handle unreasonable people?

Instead of trying to argue and reason with an unreasonable person, treat it like an interview.

Ask questions to help that person lead to their own conclusion and reasons for seeing things differently.
