These are the two conversations every boss should have with their employees to create the perfect team

Kim Scott, author of “Radical Candor: Be A Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity” and former Apple and Google executive, suggests that every manager have two conversations with their employees in order to create an effective team. Ask them questions about themselves and get them to tell you their life story. Someone’s life story can tell you a lot about their amitions and what drives them. You should also talk to empoyees about their dreams. Finding out about the goals of the employee can help you to provide motivation by connecting their work to their dreams.
