Client Account Executive Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing in-house training clients – you’ll be dealing with corporate clients from all over the world
- Respond to request for proposals
- Manage in-house training projects
- Handling inbound in-house training enquiries
- Outbound prospecting for new in-house training clients
Requirements:
- Fluent/Native English (Spoken and Written); Spoken Cantonese/Putonghua is an Asset
- Minimum University Graduate Preferred
- You must have excellent customer service
- Good professional telephone manners
- Organized
- Good problem solver
- Responsible
- Reliable
- Able to work with minimal supervision
