This online training course gives you a comprehensive introduction and understanding of managing operational risk. There is a focus on bank environments but the concepts may also be applied to non-financial institutions. *There is also an optional Certification Exam component (Level 1) available.

If you are not undergoing the Certification exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion titled: Operational Risk Management & Basel.
We recommend you print out the associated PDF notes so you may make notes as you follow the video lectures/tutorials.
