Q: What's the difference between the Free membership and Pro membership?
A: Free membership accounts give you access to free lessons and in most cases a preview of our premium training courses.
Pro membership accounts have unlocked and unlimited access to all training course content in the library and access to special pricing on certification upgrades and all the other Premium Membership benefits listed above.
Q: Is MindWise Pro suitable for me?
A: The MindWise Pro membership is suitable for you if you have a desire to be the best-version of yourself you can be. It doesn't matter what your profession is, where you are located, what your background is, as long as you have that fire inside to be a better you, then this is for you.
Q: May I request/receive hard-copy certificates of completion for the courses I complete?
A: As of 2018, we have initiated an environmentally-friendly, Go-Green initiative to save on paper. We no longer issue hard-copy certificates for online products.
Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
A: You may cancel your membership within 5-working days of your next payment due.
Q: Can I get a refund on my membership?
A: There are no refunds for Pro memberships, we have assumed you have read and agreed to everything before signing up. We only want people who are commited and not in search of rigging the system.
You may cancel your membership prior to the your next payment due date. There are no long-term commitments.
Q: What access does membership include?
A: You have full access to all online training course content that are included in the Pro library.
NOTE: Certification exams are NOT included in the Pro Membership access. Members may upgrade to access certification exams at a special Pro member rate.
Q: Can I share my account access with others?
A: No. The above membership license is for personal use only and for one user.
Our system may detect account sharing and lock you out from access. We reserve the right to terminate your account with no refund in the event of abuse.

Q: Are there any other methods of payment if I don't pay via credit card?
A: Yes, we accept bank/wire transfers - however, this may only be accepted for annual payments. Access to the Pro content is only provided upon receipt of payment.
