How does 12 months access work?

You have immediate access to the course upon payment. You will have 12 months access to the course from that date.

You have the option to renew course access after the 12 months expires and you have not completed the course (most students can complete the course well within 12 months).

You will NOT be automatically billed for the course again unless you need continued access.

Can I get a refund for the online course?

No, we do not issue refunds on online courses nor certification exams.

Please read the course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If we find you have a valid reason to ask for credit, we are happy to offer you credit towards future products/services at our discretion.

Are scholarships available?

If you enroll in a live virtual session (including Instructor Q&A sessions), we recommend you plan out your schedule as best as possible to attend live to get the most out of the course, however, we understand life can get in the way, so all sessions are recorded so you can view the sessions you miss at your own time.
