With stress being so bad, when it’s long term, to our brains and general health, we need to take those extra steps to calm down. Some of those steps are as simple as sleeping those couple extra hours, or even just turning your phone off. Other ways to stay calm include; breathing exercises, and plenty of work on self esteem and other emotional hindrances when it comes to keeping moral up. The idea is to keep yourself up, to believe you are capable of turning the stress around.
