Key elements to Effective Learning were outlined as first having an instructor that was passionate about the topic and more knowledgeable than the students. Second, the instructor needed to be an effective storyteller in order to hold the attention of students. Third, there had to be someone, not necessarily the instructor but from some source an incentive for the student to seek more knowledge or challenge themselves to learn more about the subject on their own.
