In this book, Khadem shares the tools a manager needs to keep up with his or her employees’ progress in regards to their organization. The main point in this article is using three different reports to keep track of your employees and their progress; The Focus Report, The Feedback Report, and The Management Report. These are what Khadem suggests any manager, supervisor, or higher-up to use when keeping track of employees.
