Three skills that are critical to achieving mission success aren’t taught in college. While it is important to work hard, this isn’t effective unless you are getting better. First comes learning to manage your time well, devoting your best hours to what is most important, not most urgent. Second is the ability to sell both your product and yourself. The final skill is mental conditioning, the ability to think and imagine what you want to be and where you want to be.
