Some companies that have been around for decades can fall into a category of companies built and operating before the expansive use of digital technology. Since this new age has begun, new companies have sprung up with new models about innovation and moving at high speeds. Because of these new business models, leadership is changing as well. Building teams in business has not changed, but the goals have. Leaders should find out who their teammates would like to work more closely with, what each teammate values about the work he does and as a leader keep open to new ideas.
