Employers should ask themselves four questions to determine whether they’ve got the right workers in the right roles, whether they need further training, or even need to be moved. First, if you could do it over, would you rehire this person and would you be excited to rehire him or her? Second, does she add to or take your stress away? Third, how would you feel if this person quit? Finally, what if every single person in your business was like this person? By asking yourself these simple questions, you can be sure you have the best workers in your business and can find time to relax and focus more of your energy on growing your business.
