There are many things stressful and exciting about a new job. In order to lay a good foundation there must be a solid grounding put forth by the company. Make sure you have a list of everything you need to teach a new hire the day they start. While they are new try introducing them to as many people as possible. Don’t leave them alone. Instead give them a mator for the first few days. Also make sure they are pout into their job with the proper setup(email, computer).
