While it’s a phenomenon mostly seen in North America or places where having a car & driving are common, it looks like curbside pickup is beneficial for both the retailer and the customer.
Curbside pickup fulfills the desire for customers to get out of the house and “shop” while saving the retailer the expensive delivery fees.
