If you’ve read this blog for a while, you know that one thing which concerns us here very much is your health. Why is that? We know what it is like to push those long hours, sitting in front of a computer screen all day long. Oftentimes, you even forget to get up to go to the bathroom. Yes, your work hours can be that bad.

So we need to warn you, because if you don’t get up and move around, not only are you going to have a hard time succeeding in your business, you’re also going to have a hard time succeeding in life. Well, let’s be blunt…you’ll have a hard time getting through life alive and well.

When you sit for so long it causes your blood circulation to slow and possible clots to form in your arteries. This is dangerous and it’s no joke. Now, you may be thinking that you are too young to have to worry about such issues. However, this is not the case at all.
