To spur on more growth, Starbucks is leveraging the use of AI to grow their drive-thru business.
How it work: The AI takes into account variables such as weather, popularity of a product, time of day, a customer’s past purchase history and more to customize the drive-thru menu presented to drive-thru customers.
Not only that, but the machine learning and AI will be used to automate other tasks such as inventory management.
Starbucks has also named their AI “Deep Brew” to keep with the coffee theme.
