Take a long, honest look at your circle of influences and business friends: Is it constantly the same, or are you trying to expand upon it? In other words, do you find yourself taking solace in the comfort of the same people again and again, and thus growing insulated from the rest of your company and the ones outside it who can have an influence upon it?
This is a serious issue, and a tell tale sign that perhaps you are indeed dealing with issues of burn out.
