The latest round of CFA Level 2 results fell to a decades low pass rate of 44%.
Typically, the pass rate for level 2 hovered between 45% to 50%. - BANKING: Bank of Canada cautions against over regulation
Canada’s banking sector is dominated by just a handful of big banks which has stifled productivity, innovation and efficiency.
The Bank of Canada recently warned against putting more regulation on the financial industry when it is in an environment begging for more innovation and realizes more regulation would stifle any innovation.
