Failure is not a word that we like in our driven industry of business and CEOs. We are used to initiatives which succeed and bring us to the next step of business and new heights. So what happens when we do fail? Well, we tend to sweep it under the rug and refuse to acknowledge it. We ourselves have a hard time acknowledging it and we don’t want others to acknowledge it, as well.
This tendency to ignore leads to a problem: we fail to learn from the failure itself. Failure can give us a great opportunity to look at our leadership tendencies, strategies, and patterns. By embracing the failure and assessing it, we will become better and stronger leaders in the future.
