He begins with meditation. Now, this doesn’t have to be traditional meditation in the sense of emptying the mind. It can simply be in respect to preparation for the day ahead. Centering oneself and getting yourself ready for what lies ahead that day or week can be of infinite importance.
In addition, another important element of what he does is make email wait. Don’t be a slave to the process, but rather make it work for you.
