Do you have it? It. What’s it? It is that presence when you walk into a room, a meeting or present at a seminar.
It is that presence…the presence to command a room with your confidence, credibility, and calm collectiveness.
This is by far is one of the most important elements and aspects of your leadership. You must be able to command and gather the troops. There is no other greater characteristic, and it is a key to your leadership as a CEO.
