In order they are, owning up to mistakes, exerting strict emotional control, being an active listener, open to criticism and cool under pressure.
The University’s research indicates that by upping their emotional intelligence, executives can increase profitability, create a culture of employee engagement and potentially millions of dollars that would ordinarily be lost to things like employee churn and falling productivity.
