Google Rumoured Interested to Acquire Hubspot

Google’s parent company, Alphabet, is rumoured to be interested in acquiring Hubspot, a major-player in the SaaS CRM market.

Google is seeing and feeling the pinch of the impacts of AI and looking to diversify its business with the CRM behemoth.

Although, no official deal has been made, Hubspot’s valuation is estimated to be around $32M.

This week (let me know if this sounds familiar…), founder of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, was found guilty by a federal jury in New York of defrauding investors out of billions.

Kwon and Terraform Labs were found guilty of lying to investors about the profitability and stability of the crypto tokens they issued.
