Senior management takes the blame for a lot because they are the more higher up workers in a company. They usually have more power to make decisions. It is easy to blame them when things go wrong. People often want someone to blame and will look at those who made the decisions. Those people are supposed to have known better. They are supposed to have made better choices for their companies. If they don’t it can be due to many factors but they are still ridiculed.
