IMF Chides US for Not Playing Nicely
U.S. President Biden has been on a tariff spree targeting Chinese goods.
Prompting IMF spokeswoman, Julie Kozack to comment: “Our view is that the US would be better served by maintaining open trade policies that have been vital to its economic performance…”
Clearly, the U.S.’ aggressive tariffs are creating tensions on global trade, especially among the big players.
Tariffs Will Harm Small Businesses
The aggressive tariffs imposed by the US are not only going to harm global trade, but small businesses in the US are also going to get a rude awakening when they see costs of doing business increase in lock step.
