New TD Bank CEO
Canada’s 2nd largest bank, TD Bank, will have a new CEO come April 2025, Raymond Chun. Chun will take over from current CEO, Bharat Masrani retires next year.
Chun could be considered a “TD Bank Lifer”, having joined the bank back in 1992 with their internal management training program.

JPMorgan Appoints Junior Banker Well-Being “Leader”
We wrote last week about how JPMorgan’s capping the amount of hours junior bankers can work per week.
To add to the additional “well-being” of their junior bankers, the bank has appointed the first “global investment banking associate and analyst leader” (aka chaperone), who’s role is to oversee junior banker’s overall well-being.
