Looking Forward

We talk a lot about being forward thinking and facing in this industry. It’s one of the most important things you can do as a business and industry. Without innovation and change there really is just the concept of growing old, withering and fading away into obscurity.

One area where this becomes very important is in sales. Your sales team must remain on that cutting edge perspective because without it, they will no longer be relevant. What’s one way that you can do this? Well, for one thing teaching them about the use of social media and its effectiveness for sales is one of the most important things that can be done.

Now, more than ever, Facebook, twitter and Linkedin have all become important platforms by which people get the word out on new items, platforms, offerings and sales. People look here to these platforms first for their news and trending items. So if you and your sales people are not on these platforms and using them to the best of your ability, well…you run the risk of no longer being relevant.
