Managing others. Anyone in leadership does this, and inevitably you need to understand how to do it better. Why? There is never one way to manage people. Management is a two-fold street. You are dealing with people who are all different and who have to be handled in a different manner.
So what can you do? For one thing, you can study people. Understand them and know how they are motivated, moved and energized. Bring this to them when you manage them and you’ll see better results.
