The traditional cubicle that’s found in many office environments is meant to give everyone their own privacy, but it serves to separate people from one another. The cubicle environment makes the office place a place of isolation.

Perhaps what we need to do is get rid of the cubicles altogether and have an open space set up that breaks down the walls and separation so people can talk, get to know each other, and see and understand how each other works.
