There’s a thin line separating confidence and arrogance, and CEOs that cross that line typically end up alienating their employees, clients and, in some cases, the marketplace as a whole.

In order to stay on the right side that line, it’s important to practice certain habits that will help you keep things in perspective. For example, owning up to your mistakes is a quality that is common among leaders who possess confidence, but is nearly nonexistent among the arrogant.
