Resized_19646930_s_bwIt is well known that the office space and environment you have provided for your employees is conducive to their work ethic and work output.

But providing a wonderful office space for people can be a very difficult thing, especially when we are on a budget. It’s well known that the offices at Google are in many ways a dream environment. The stories of meditation pods, sleep chambers and free lunches for employees is simply legendary.

But can other businesses copy that same model? For many companies, just providing a break room is a great way of thanking your employees. On top of that, having it stocked with beverages and (more importantly) coffee is a great way to keep those troops motivated.

What are some other things you can do with the office space to improve and continue to motivate people?

Definitely, one thing that can be done is to perhaps provide a weekly or monthly meal for the troops where it shows that you care for them and want to give them a bit of respite from that general grind of things.
