Do you have it? That one question you like to ask all job applicants? What does it deal with? What topic does it fall under?
Do you use it to reveal character traits in an applicant?
Look at this question put forth: “Tell me something that you know is true that everyone else disagrees with you on?”
How would you answer? What would it reveal about your patterns of thought? What originality would it bring forth?
This question can be embraced and used, or it can be shied away from. It’s a revealing question, and well worth it.
