The end of the year is already upon us. For many people, it came a lot sooner than expected. Do you have an eye for 2016 and what you would like to develop in yourself as well as your teams? The time to think about this is now.
At first, you may say that it’s too soon to think about it. But in reality, it’s never too soon.
