On Selling Value, Not Price

 

As someone who is trained more than 2 million salespeople across the globe, it’s worth listening to whatever Brian Tracy says about business, even when it seems counterintuitive. For instance, this recent blog post of his notes that corporations should be focused on selling consumers on value rather than price.

As he points out, as modern consumers are heavily focused on what products and services can do for them, price should no longer be a primary consideration when selling.
