There’s a scientific explanation for why you’re a morning person or night owl — but it’s possible to reset your internal clock

People seems to fall into one of two categories. They are either and early bird or a night owl. A lot of this seems to be dependent upon genetics since we each fall into different chronotypes. Is it possible to change this? There are things that can be done to make it possible, but the biggest would be the exposure to natural light or darkness. If you want to adjust it, then you need to maximize the amount of light you get during the day and make sure you get the darkness you need at night. We are all predisposed to a certain genetic predisposition on this, but it can be adjusted.
