Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, has been named the CEO of the year by CNN Money.
In many ways, this comes as no surprise, as Cook has truly taken on the reins of Apple and brought them to new heights beyond that of Steve Jobs. The stock is up nearly 40%(!) and the general ethos of the company as a whole is not simply productive, but exuberant.
On the other hand, this news today of Cook’s award comes as a complete shock. Not in the sense that he actually won, but rather what is shocking is what he’s been able to do since Jobs’ death.

One of the smartest moves Steve Jobs made before his death was to hire Tim Cook to succeed him. And succeed he has, indeed.
Take a look at today’s article to learn more about this masterful leader and visionary in his own right.
