This team will be motivated by you to do their best. Some may be visionaries who help take your business to the next level. Don’t be threatened by them. Utilize them in your team and let them know how much you appreciate them. This in turn will foster a deep sense of connection and appreciation on their part for your business and your vision.

Do not take it for granted, but appreciate them in front of everyone…and they will work even harder for you.
As a CEO you are a team builder…so where is your team today.
