Created by Invesp, the infographic illustrates how useful loyalty programs are at boosting customer retention by using results from a consumer survey. Around 58 percent of respondents make purchases from brands whose loyalty programs that belong to on a monthly basis. Those loyalty program members tend to spend 25 to 100 percent more than their non-loyalty program subscribing counterparts. Additionally, 69 percent of respondents said that they prefer to do business with companies that offer loyalty programs as opposed to those that do not.
