I’m an avid reader and learner.
I came across this tweet recently:
If you put in 10+ learning hours / week (books, courses, etc) consistently for a year, you’ll get insane results. Think what 2, 4 or 5 years of that will do to your future.
Most folks are doing the bare minimum.
All top performers I know are ferocious learners.

I’ve been in the training and education business for over two decades now and met many very intelligent professionals from around the world.
I can definitely agree those who are constantly seeking to learn new things versus those who think they already know everything (and there are lots of these kinds of people), are the ones who climb up further.
