In addition to being one of the most fun movies to come to theaters in recent years, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens was also a film that offered a number of important object lessons in leadership. For instance, while the First Order are the films bad guys, the organizations’ rigid hierarchical structure and emphasis on conformity makes it a much more effective galactic presence than the disorganized and almost laughably individualistic Resistance.
