The Words and Phrases That Can Destroy a Slam Dunk Deal

Negotiating with clients is a subtle art and doing something as using certain seemingly innocuous words or phrases can turn a slam dunk deal in two ashes in record time.

Saying things like “Let me be honest with you” or “My product is 10 times better than my nearest competitor” can have the effect of convincing a potential client that you, and by extension your company, are inauthentic and not trustworthy.
