Your course instructor

Steven Knight: Steven Knight is principal of his own Consulting firm. Mr. Knight's work is centered on corporate financial analysis, especially advanced financial modeling and forecasting, standard and exotic valuation techniques, and shareholder value issues, including how M&A transactions and credit events affect stock prices.

Mr. Knight has extensive experience designing and delivering practical and intensive courses for markets, research, and corporate finance professionals at all levels, including summer intern programs, entry-level programs, continuing education sessions, and one-on-one coaching for senior executives. His clients include the leading financial institutions and corporations around the world.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Knight was a Vice President at JP Morgan & Co. where he worked for over eight years, first in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department, and then as global head of training for Investment Banking, Research, Capital Markets, and Corporate Resources. Earlier, Mr. Knight spent three years at Merrill Lynch & Co. executing financing and M&A transactions for a wide range of industrial clients.

Mr. Knight earned a BA in Economics from Boston College, graduating from the Honors Program and earning the distinction of Scholar of the College. He earned an MBA from Dartmouth College?s Amos Tuck School of Business.
