Nine tips to hold a successful meeting. First, decide if it’s necessary to hold this meeting,sometimes an email would suffice. Next, a small meeting will provide everyone a chance to speak, which leads into our third point of using the 2/3 rule. Make sure everyone has at least 2 out of 3 topics in common. A clear agenda will help along with asking everyone to stand, this will get the creative juices flowing. Find a healthy balance in keeping interruptions to a minimum while enforcing mandatory participation from everyone. Project notes should be visible on a screen as well as ending the meeting by assigning action items.
