Jerry explains the importance of assigning multiple roles to different employees in the work place. If an employee is assigned to repeat the same task all day, he or she will begin to undergo introversion and burnout. These employees then feel exhausted. Rather, if employees are able to switch roles and do something else, they are going to be more energetic. This new energy will help the employee to be more productive and to accomplish more. Jerry also explains that it’s important to compensate the employees well for doing other tasks. Finally, Jerry explains that he and his company can save other companies money on health insurance which can then be invested back into the company and used in ways that will further company goals. Additionally, they help create compensation plans that will incentivise employees in order to increase productivity.
